Equity Statement
At Thistle Hills we are motivated by a definition of diversity that says: we all belong. Our approach is simple: it’s about embracing everyone. From cultivating a culture where our residents, employees, board members and volunteers can bring their best selves to do our best work, to understanding that diversity fuels the Survivor spirit. Our promise is to champion diversity, build an inclusive culture, and do our part to create a more equitable world. We can’t promise we’ll always get it right, but we’ll always put our people first.
